Both sides agreed to provide information about potential investment projects and business partners in economic and investment spheres in order to strength and develop bilateral trade economic relationship between Russia and China. Moreover, the partners are aimed to cooperate in others spheres which contribute mutually advantageous development of two countries.

It should be reminded that at The Amur Economic Forum 2017 different investment projects, including mining and coal chemistry projects, were presented to foreign investors. Amur region possesses great supply of coal and other minerals. Sorokin Anatoly Petrovich (The Chairman of The Amur Scientific Center of the Far East Branch of the RAS) considers that integrated development of The Sergeevskoye oilfield involves producing new kind of production on the basis of innovation technologies in processing brown coal.

“Coal products may be used in agriculture, chemistry, electronics, mechanical engineering, that's why we already have a great number of projects. People should reduce emission of harmful substances into atmosphere by coal combustion and use coal as a chemical product. That way processing has more positive effect” – said the vice-chairman of Amur Scientific Center of the FEB RAS Andrei Alekseevich Konyushok.
